Description
You are to research and analyze a well-established cause/campaign/event branding as a case study. Identify the brand strategy supported with its brand identity (Naming, logo, slogan, brand story, brand message, big idea, promotional videos, website, applications, etc.). Additionally, you are to explain its brand experience with a customer journey map.

The presentation must be easy to understand, clean, clear and concise. Presentation will be organised individually.

Cause/Campaign/Event Branding, Brand Identity & Brand Experience

Customer journey map is a diagram or several diagrams that depict the stages customers go through when interacting with a brand, from assessing information/buying merchandise online to supporting/giving feedback to the brand on social media.

Building a brand identity is a multi-disciplinary, strategic effort; every element needs to support the overall message and business goals.

Requirements / Submission
15 minutes presentation with a compilation of research results & case studies.

Objective
To create an understanding of brand strategy, brand identity & brand experience.

Feedback

The analysis is clear and presentation skills are quite good but tend to read from slides. The customer journey map could have been more expanded especially about the social media to make it more concrete. Since the branding of the campaign itself is not strong enough, there are some holes and rooms for improvement, own opinion could also be stated on this. The presentation layout is too simple.


Reflection

Experience
In previous semester, we also had Branding Corporate Identity and the very first assignment was quite similar. However, this assignment was quite tough for me because; first, it is about campaign/event/cause which is a bit different from just a "brand". Second, I wasn't thinking thoroughly while choosing this topic so I had some difficulties along the way. The reason is because after doing the research I just found out that the campaign itself is quite outdated since it is from 2013-2014, therefore there is not much information about it.

Observation
There are lots of consideration when we are about to promote or market something. Customer journey map really helps you to imagine what is it like to be on the customer's shoes.

Findings
Brand is not just about its logo and visual identity, the marketing strategies behind it also plays important part in it.
